Written by Pali Bhupinder Singh, Oedipus is a story of a young boy who kidnaps a woman amidst serious riots. The boy had been plotting the murder of the woman since a year and had collected numerous weapons, carefully choreographed how he will perform the act. All this innocent boy wanted, and fantasised, was to see this woman scared and begging for her life but to his surprise, the woman is not at all scared. In fact, she seems very relaxed. Does this woman know the boy? Or doesn’t she? Or is she playing tricks to free herself?…
